Be Smart In-Home Tutorial Service, Inc., provides opportunities
for academic excellence. Whether you want homework assistance
or an entire academic course, Be Smart tutors come to your
home or office to teach both children and adults. We teach
mathematics (from arithmetic through calculus), English, foreign
languages, biology, chemistry, history and more. We also tutor
students in study skills and test preparation including the
ACT, SAT, LSAT, GMAT and GRE tests. In addition, we teach
children and adults how to use computers and provide corporate
training.
One-on-one instruction is a highly effective way to learn.
The teacher determines the student's strengths and weaknesses.
The teacher and student then address the weaknesses using
a step-by-step approach, until the problems are resolved.
It is our goal to assist students to achieve success as quickly
as possible. If a third-grade girl needs phonics instruction,
our tutor provides her with it. If an eighth grade boy is
doing poorly in all subjects, we provide general homework
assistance and study skills. If an algebra student is weak
in fractions and basic math, our tutor will build the student's
math foundation while providing help with current assignments.
